The name of our company is Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. We are a direct selling company engaged in developing and introducing high quality and breakthrough products. The nature of our business is similar to Avon and SaraLee (now FullerLife), Natasha and Boardwalk. We have 21 branches nationwide at the moment and we are planning to open more. We have home care and personal care products, fragrances, apparels and food supplement. Borne of the business expertise and acumen of a group of enterprising and innovative Filipino entrepreneurs, our company, Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. 1. 1 pc 2x2 picture (studio shot)
2. Xerox of Recent Proof of Billing (Electric Bill, Water Bill, Telephone Bill)
3. Xerox of 1 pc valid ID (SSS, GSIS, TIN, Postal ID, Driver’s License, Passport); if unavailable, Police /NBI Clearance or Barangay Clearance and ID
4. Xerox of NSO Certificate of Live Birth
